Are your members referring friends?

If your answer is “no” my question to you is:  what’s the incentive?

It’s time for your health club to implement a member referral program. Any gym will get a few new members per week from member referrals. But if you could increase that to 10 – 20 per week would you be interested?

Look, I know it’s a simple concept. But I’m still shocked at the number of gyms who don’t utilize it. For every new member an existing member refers, your club should offer a free month.

Simply add on the month to the end of the referring member’s term. To spread the word type up a flyer and post it above the drinking fountains and instruct your staff to push it with existing members.

It costs you nothing, it’s very effective and it will bring your club new members.
